Primacore Pilates
Why me?
As a ballet dancer from a young age, I was immersed in a world of strict discipline and structure, carrying that mindset with me even after stepping away from the ballet industry. For years, I believed that pushing my limits was the key to success, applying that same rigor not only to my fitness and diet but also to my career as I climbed the corporate ladder in NYC. Over time, I realized that this approach left me feeling more drained than empowered.

In 2022, I began my Pilates certification with Polestar Pilates, and it completely changed my outlook. Along the way, I also became certified as a Hormonal and Gut Health Specialist through the Integrative Institute of Nutrition in New York. Through this journey, I’ve learned that true strength comes from embracing balance—nurturing discipline with self-love and finding harmony between movement and rest.

This shift has transformed my approach to wellness, and now, I’m here to help you discover what works best for your unique body, supporting you with care as you create a life that feels nourishing and fulfilling.
1-1 Pilates Mat

1-1 Pilates with Equipment
In our sessions using specialized equipment, we'll focus on enhancing your core strength, increasing flexibility, and nurturing your overall well-being.

Using equipment such as the Reformer, Chair, and Trapeze Table (Cadillac), each session will be personalized to match your fitness level and goals.
Pre and Post-Natal Pilates
I offer specialized Pilates sessions designed to support you through the beautiful journey of pregnancy and beyond. Whether you're preparing for birth or recovering afterward, pre and post-natal Pilates classes are created to strengthen, stretch, and nurture your body.

These sessions will help with posture, flexibility, and overall well-being, while promoting safe movement throughout every stage of your pregnancy and post-natal recovery.
Pelvic Floor Pilates
Pelvic Floor Pilates is a specialized practice that strengthens the muscles supporting your pelvic organs, enhances core stability, and promotes overall pelvic health. By integrating traditional Pilates principles with targeted movements, this approach not only improves posture but also fosters a deeper connection with your body's core.

Regular practice can lead to improved muscle tone, better bladder control, reduced pelvic pain, and provide support during postpartum recovery and menopause.
